The staff is patient and really helpful. The location is beautiful and convenient to get around. The bed is extremely comfy and the room has useful amenities like a large bathroom, ironing facilities, a work desk, and a couch bed. The service is great and the check-in process is smooth.

This place is conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping stores, and my room had central heating, a TV.

The spacious room here was wonderful with great WiFi, and the addition of a jacuzzi made it even better.

The rest of the hotel was clean and newly renovated in a tasteful manner. Breakfast was very good. Breakfast staff and cleaning service staff were friendly. Fitness room was in good shape.

Our room smelled horrible. Like wet mold. We attempted to resolve the issue with staff and was told that because we reserved through Booked.net they could not do anything for us. (Could not provide us with discount, reimbursement, NOR leave a note on our account for management.) When we tried to resolve through Booked.net they contacted the hotel to request reimbursement on our behalf and we were told that management was not in the office and that nothing could be done until management returned the following day. We have spoken twice with agents at Booked.net and despite a pledge to follow-up and to return our call we have yet to hear back from Booked.net or the hotel. We are still trying to resolve this issue.

Checking in and out was great, Room Maid (Carrie) outstanding.

Shower head in Room 415 was adjustable to height which was great, but the head would not stay in any position but at the lower position. Allowing water to get past the shower curtain onto the floor and caused a liability.

My room felt damp/humid with the Ac running. Even though a "smokeless" I could smell smoke.

The value for money was great and the room was really comfortable. The location was convenient and the staff were incredibly friendly and caring.

The morning meal could have been improved with a greater variety of options.

The rooms were reasonably large with a jacuzzi. The staff were patient. The setting was wonderful, not far from Richmond and grocery stores. Close to a lot of restaurants.

Sincerely, it was a good stay during our visit. The food was savoury and the location was particularly good and beautiful.
